We believe that the development of the corporate mission must be related to the protection of the health and safety of workers. For this reason, in compliance with the code of ethics, through the monitoring of safety policies and the achievement of ambitious targets aimed at a continuous improvement, we guarantee spreading the culture of safety with the involvement and active participation of all workers.

Since 2017, we are working from a WCM perspective, a production method that, inspired by the techniques and methodologies of Lean Production, involves the company organization as a whole, strengthens the integration between ISO standards and current legislation as well as it places safety on the first pillar.
