This policy aims to describe the methods used to manage the website www.ocap.it (The "Site") by Ocap SpA (OCAP), with particular reference to the handling of the personal data of the users who access it.
This policy also provides the mandatory information on the processing of personal data in accordance with art. 13 of the Law No. 196/03.
ENTITY AND PERSONS IN CHARGE OF DATA HANDLING
The entity in charge of data handling is OCAP, represented by the person in charge pro tempore of Information & Communication Technology, headquartered in Valperga (TO), s.s. 460, Km 26,700 Loc. San Martino.
The personal data may be processed by persons in charge of handling, even not belonging to OCAP, appointed by the Entity in charge of the handling.
TYPES OF DATA HANDLED AND HANDLING PURPOSE
OCAP, in accordance with the current privacy legislation, indicates here below the type of handled data and the handling purpose.
1. Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is inherent to the use of the communication protocols of the Internet (eg. IP address, browser type, operating system, domain name of the addresses of the websites from which the site is accessed, information on pages visited by the users within the Site, time spent on each page, and other data on the operating system and computer environment of the user).
This information is not collected in order to identify the user, but by its very nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, could allow such identification.
This technical data/information can be collected and used in an aggregated and anonymous way for the sole purpose of improving the quality of the service and enhance the functionality of the Site, to understand the user behaviour in order to improve online communications and to prepare statistical information concerning the use of the Site.
The Site uses so-called session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed), whose function is to transmit the session identifiers necessary to allow the safe and efficient use of the website.
The Web site does not collect geolocation data and does not use persistent cookies.
2. Data provided voluntarily by the customers, either directly or indirectly, through the Site.
a) Subscription to the newsletter
If the user signs up to the newsletter service, the personal information provided by him/her will be stored indefinitely on password protected server and/or computer and will be used exclusively for sending newsletters.
b) Submission of CVs
If the user sends his/her CV through the Site (section "Work with us"), the CV and all the contained data will be stored indefinitely on password protected server and/or computer, and will be used only to evaluate the application and to contact him/her in case of interest of OCAP.
c) Sending of e-mails
If the user sends e-mails to the OCAP address found on the site, including via the links therein, the data contained in the e-mails will be stored indefinitely on password protected server and/or computer, and will be used solely to meet the needs expressed by the user in his/her communication.
The data will be processed by automated tools and/or manually (e.g.. using paper documents), with all the necessary precautions to ensure its protection, in compliance with all the applicable rules and in particular: i) Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and data disclosure; ii) Directive 97/66/EC on the protection of privacy in telecommunications; iii) Legislative Decree. no. 196 of 30 June 2003 "Code relating to the protection of personal data."
RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES CONCERNED
Pursuant to art. 7 of legislative Decree No. 196/2003, the subjects, to whom the personal data refer, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or amendment (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03).
Pursuant to the same article, the interested parties have the right to request the full, up-to-date list of all the persons in charge of data handling, the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and in any case to object to the processing for legitimate reasons.
